How does ordering from my table work?

Every table has a QR code. Scan it with your phone camera, the menu opens in your browser, and you order directly from there. There is no app to install and no login — your order goes straight to the kitchen.

Do I need to pay online to order at my table?

No. Order from your phone and settle the bill at the counter as usual, by cash, card or UPI.

How do I order takeaway or delivery?

There are four ways: Kivo, our local Vellore delivery partner, which is the one we recommend; Zomato; Swiggy; or simply calling 97892 90974 to order directly and collect from the counter. The food and the kitchen are the same in every case.

Why do you recommend ordering on Kivo?

Kivo is a local app we work with directly, and it charges the café a much smaller commission than the national platforms. Ordering there means far more of what you pay stays with the kitchen rather than going to a delivery company. Calling the counter costs nothing in fees at all.

Can I order from my table at the Silk Mill branch?

Not yet. QR table ordering is live at Sankaranpalayam, and Silk Mill is coming soon — until then, order at the counter there as usual. Takeaway and delivery work from both branches.

Can I order in advance for collection?

Yes. Call the branch ahead and tell us roughly when you will arrive, and we will time the food so it is ready and hot when you get there.
