The short answer · Vellore
“Best” is doing a lot of work in that search. Here is the honest case for us, the parts we are genuinely good at, and the parts where somewhere else might suit you better.
Both branches · Open 10 AM – 9 PM, all days · Menu from ₹49
Most fast food in Vellore is cooked in advance and kept warm until somebody wants it. It is the efficient way to run a counter and you can taste it — the base has gone soft, the fries have given up, the cheese has set. It is why so much of it is fine rather than good.
We built the kitchen around the opposite rule: nothing gets made until it is ordered. The base gets stretched, the fries get dropped and the shake gets blended once your order reaches the kitchen. It is slower on paper, and it is the entire difference between a good pizza and a warm one.
That is the one thing we would ask you to judge us on. Everything below follows from it.

The menu starts at ₹49 and most of it sits under ₹200. This is food for a Tuesday evening, not a special occasion, and it is priced that way.
Nineteen categories — pizzas, burgers, momos, wraps, sandwiches, noodles, loaded fries, shakes, slush and desserts — with veg and non-veg marked throughout.
Same recipes, same suppliers, same prices in Sankaranpalayam and at Silk Mill in Katpadi. What you liked at one you will get at the other.
Air conditioned, free WiFi, and nobody hurrying you out. There is an upstairs hall when the group is bigger than a table.
The Sankaranpalayam branch holds 4.6 stars from over 330 Google reviews. Read them rather than take our word for it — that is what they are for.
We close at 9 PM, seven days a week. If you are looking for somewhere at eleven at night, we are the wrong answer and there is no point pretending otherwise.
We are also not a filter-coffee-and-quiet-corner café. Our coffee is cold coffee and thick shakes; if you want a flat white and a laptop for three hours, a speciality coffee house will serve you better.
And we are a café kitchen, not a fine-dining restaurant. There is no table service ceremony, no wine list, and the plates come out as they are ready rather than coursed.
That depends on what you want from it, and anyone who answers it flatly is selling you something. If you want food that is cooked when you order it, priced for an ordinary evening, with room for a group and both veg and non-veg across the whole menu, we think we make a strong case. If you want late-night or speciality coffee, look elsewhere — we close at 9 PM.
Both branches open at 10 AM and close at 9 PM, seven days a week, including weekends and most public holidays. The busiest stretch is 6 PM to 9 PM, so come earlier if you would rather it were quiet.
The menu starts at ₹49 and the majority of it is under ₹200, so two people can eat properly without it becoming an occasion. Prices are identical at both branches.
Every category has them — pizzas, burgers, wraps, momos, noodles, loaded fries, shakes and desserts. Veg and non-veg are marked on every item so you are not guessing.
