Off campus, without going all the way into town

Everything else about eating out as a student is secondary to what it costs, so: the menu starts at ₹49 and most of it sits under ₹200. That is a real meal rather than a snack, and it is the same price list as our other branch — nothing is marked up because it is near the campus.

It matters most when a group is pooling money. Because we are à la carte rather than fixed-menu, a collection stretches exactly as far as the arithmetic says, and nobody is paying for a package that included something they did not want.

If you are working to a set amount per head, say the number when you call and we will tell you honestly what it covers.

We are on Katpadi Road at Thayumanavar Street, beside the Fastrack showroom, on the first floor of Sai Complex. It is a short ride from campus and from Katpadi Junction if you are coming off a train.

Evenings between six and nine are the busiest hours of our week and weekends are heaviest of all — that is the campus crowd, and a large group turning up unannounced then will wait.

Afternoons and early evenings are quieter, faster and better if you want to sit for a while. Whenever you come, remember we close at 9 PM.
