Why notice is the whole thing
Our kitchen runs on one rule: nothing is made until it is ordered. That is straightforward for a table of four and it is exactly what makes a bulk order need planning. Forty portions of loaded fries cannot appear the way four can — they need the ingredients in, the fryers free, and a slot in the evening that is not already full of walk-in tables.
Give us at least a day and all of that is arrangeable. Call at six for an eight o'clock party and we will either say no or give you a much smaller menu than you wanted, and neither is a good outcome for a room full of people waiting.
A day is the minimum. For anything large, or for a weekend evening, more is better — those are the slots that fill first.
What travels well in quantity
Some of the menu is built for this and some genuinely is not. Worth knowing which is which before you order for forty people.
Pizzas
The most reliable bulk item on the menu — cut into slices they feed a room, and they hold their heat better than anything else we make.
Loaded fries and nachos
Excellent for a party because people graze rather than sit down. Order these for collection close to the time you want them out.
Momos, wraps and sandwiches
Hand food, easy to serve without cutlery, and they keep well for the short trip from the counter to a hostel room or an office.
Shakes and slush
Possible in quantity but they need timing — they are blended to order and do not sit well. Tell us the exact collection time.
Brownies, waffles and ice bites
Good for the end of an event. The frozen ones need collecting last, not first.
How to place a bulk order

Call or WhatsApp a day ahead
Ring 97892 90974. WhatsApp is often easier for this because you can send a written list and we can both check it.

Tell us the headcount, not just the items
How many people you are feeding is more useful than a guessed quantity — we can tell you whether thirty portions is generous or short.

Fix a collection time
Everything is timed backwards from when you want it in your hands, so give us a real time rather than a rough one.

Collect, or ask about delivery
Collection from the counter is the norm. If you need it delivered, ask when you order and we will tell you what is possible for that day and area.
Questions we get asked
How much notice do you need for a bulk food order?
At least a day. Call or WhatsApp 97892 90974 as far ahead as you can — the kitchen needs to plan quantities and give you an accurate collection time, and weekend evening slots fill first.
What is the smallest bulk order you take?
There is no formal threshold, but anything beyond a normal table order is worth calling about rather than walking in and asking for. If you are feeding eight or more people, treat it as a bulk order and give us notice.
Can you deliver a bulk order?
Collection from the counter is the default and the most reliable option. Ask about delivery when you place the order and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it for your date, quantity and area rather than promising and then disappointing you.
How do I work out how much food to order?
Tell us how many people you are feeding and what kind of event it is — a standing party grazes very differently from a seated group having dinner — and we will suggest quantities. It is what we are best placed to judge and it costs you nothing to ask.
