Where most burgers go wrong

Not the patty — the bun. A burger built in advance and held has a bun that has been absorbing steam from the filling for however long it sat there, and by the time it reaches you the whole thing is soft in the wrong way. No amount of good chicken rescues it.

Ours are put together when the order comes in, which is unremarkable as a technique and makes all the difference to the thing you actually bite into.

The trade is the same one as the pizzas: during the evening rush it takes as long as it takes.

Do you have veg and paneer burgers?

Yes, and they are on the same list above with everything else, marked veg. Prices come straight from our kitchen’s menu so they are current.

How much is a burger in Vellore?

Current prices for every burger we make are on this page. For context, the menu overall starts at ₹49 and most of it sits under ₹200, so a burger and fries is an ordinary-evening amount of money rather than an occasion.

Can I get a burger delivered?

Kivo, Zomato and Swiggy all deliver from both branches. Kivo is the local one and takes a much smaller commission from us. For the best version of it, though, eat it here — a burger is at its best a minute after it is made.
